SUPERBOY ARRIVES! There's a new kid in town determined to make a name for himself, and that name is Superman (don't call him Superboy, he hates that)! What this new Metropolis Marvel lacks in experience, he more than makes up for with style (billowy red capes are out, leather jackets and shades are in)! How best to announce his arrival in the city? How about taking on Intergang crime boss Steel Hand on live TV?.
