Frequently Asked Questions

A version of your order history is stored on your device, but the master records are stored on your local comic shop’s point of sale (POS). To be able to allow you to cancel or update orders the master records would need to be stored on the cloud. If this was our model, then your local comic shop’s POS couldn’t operate if they lost connection to the cloud.

The playlists are using "AND" as you add items. If you selected Nick Pitarra as an artist you wanted to follow and then added Marvel, DC, Image for publishers and Comics for the category, the list isn't going to return all comics Nick Pitarra has for Marvel, DC, Image, it will return all comic, all DC products, all DC products, all Image Products and all products Nick Pitarra has worked on, including graphic novels.

Instead, create a playlist of multiple artists you want to follow and don't add any other parameters.

The ComicHub app serves two purposes. Placing orders with your local comic shop and helping to manage your collection. For managing your collection, have you ever tried to get decent phone coverage at a convention? By storing the images and item details, your collection is accessible to you always, allowing instant access to what you have already purchased.

The images are saved on your device when you interact with the item. When you synchronize your device with your local comic store, the collection history the store may be able forward will not contain images. Before going to a con, look at the items on your device. If the images are available on ComicHub they will then download to your device.
